摘要
根据工艺矿物学研究,对含WO30.12%的某大型铋锌铁矿浮选尾矿,采用"中磁磁选-浮选"和"中磁磁选-强磁-浮选"选矿工艺流程进行选别,小型试验结果为两种流程均可获得WO3>65%的白钨精矿,对中磁非磁产品回收率分别为72.43%和65.76%。
This paper studies the technological flowsheet of processing low grade scheelite from bismuth-zinc-iron floatation tailings containing WO3 at the rate of 0.12%. Mineral processes of medium intensity magnetic separation-flotation, medium intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-flotation are performed. The lab test shows that the scheelite concentrates with the grade of>65%can be obtained. The recovery rates are 72.43%and 65.76%respectively.
