摘要
新疆白干湖钨锡矿是在中国西部发现的一个具有开采价值的大型钨锡矿资源。针对该钨锡矿石的工艺特性,确定粗选段采用阶段磨矿阶段选别重选工艺流程,精选段黑钨的分离采用磁选、锡石与白钨的分离采用电选,介绍了各工序主要技术条件和指标。最终得到了黑钨精矿品位WO366.47%,回收率88.81%;锡精矿品位Sn 69.04%,锡回收率90.54%的较好的选别技术指标,为该钨锡矿综合利用提供了一种有实用价值的选别工艺。
Baiganhu Wolfram and Tin Ore in Xinjiang is a big Wolfram and Tin ore in west China. According to the characteristics of mineral processing technology for tungsten-tin ore, phased rubbing and selecting gravity process is adopted by applying magnetic separation for wolframite separation and electric separation for cassiterite and white tungsten. The process conditions and the objective are studied. Tungsten concentrate (WO3 grade=67.12 %, recovery rate=88.82 %)and tin concentrate (SnO2grade=67.12 %, recovery rate=90.54 %)are obtained.
