摘要
底层柱顶隔震房屋工程应用较少,以底层架空的多层框架结构中小学建筑为背景,进行底层柱顶隔震技术应用的方案选择。同时,讨论相关的结构、构造设计及工程综合效益。分析表明,合理地选择底层结构方案(独立柱、框架柱带拉梁),能满足结构安全又达到基本不影响架空层的建筑功能。结果可为类似底层柱顶隔震房屋的建设提供参考实例。
There is few engineering application for buildings which apply isolation technology on the top of first columns. This article discusses on scheme selec- tion of isolation technology on the top of columns taking multistory frame structure with open ground - floor space of elementary and middle schools architecture as background. Meanwhile, the related structure and constitution design and engineering comprehensive benefits are discussed. Analysis shows that reasonable selection of substructure scheme ( independent column and the frame column with pull beam) can ensure structure safety and not affect the use of the space of the open floor,. The result provides a reference for the construction of similar base - isolated buildings.
