回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度的影响因素分析

摘要 本文通过对回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度的影响因素进行分析,提出一些问题及对策。在检测过程中应注意事项:测试人员要在思想上提高认识回弹测试的重要性和严肃性;仪器的及时保养与正确使用,控制仪器在标准状态;严格按照JGJ/T23-2011规范要求布置构件检测测区和现场回弹测试;避开不良风气的影响。运用科学合理的方法,提高回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度结果的准确性、可靠性。 By analyzing the influencing factors of concrete compressive strength through rebound method, this paper presents some problems and countermeas- ures. The rebound method applied is scientific and reasonable. During testing, attention should be paid to the points followed: 1 Testing personnel should be well aware of the importance and seriousness of rebound test ; 2 The equipment should be promptly maintained and used correctly with control instrument sta- ying in standard status; 3 It is strongly recommended to strictly follow the detecting area and sit rebound test specified in JGJ/T23 -2011 ; 4 It is strongly rec- ommended to avoid bad practice and use scientific and reasonable method to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the results of concrete compressive strength tested by rebound method.
