摘要
真正促进培训在培训管理的各个环节中，培训评估扮演的角色一直十分重要。培训评估如何能够得到认可并工作，是许多业内工作者一直不断探索的问题。柯氏四级培训评估模式是目前最常用的评估模型之一，本文拟在考察柯氏模型在实际应用中的问题的同时，也提出作者的一些观点和实践感受，以帮助更多人了解柯氏模型。
