护理人员心理健康状况与总体幸福感的调查

Investigation of Mental Health and General Well-being of Nursing Staff

目的了解三级甲等医院护理人员的心理健康状况与总体幸福感,为采取针对性的措施和方法提供依据。方法便利抽样法选择某三级甲等医院的临床护理人员846名,采用SCL-90量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)及总体幸福感量表(general well-being schedule,GWB)对其进行调查和分析。结果 SCL-90量表中除人际关系、抑郁和敌对因子外,其余因子的得分与全国常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理人员中不同年龄、学历、职称和婚姻状况护理人员的幸福感差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),并与SCL-90呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论护理人员的身心健康与其总体幸福感密切相关,管理者应采取有效措施和方法帮助其主动解决问题,以提高护理人员的心理健康水平,并提升其总体幸福感。

Objective To understand the mental health status and general well-being of nurses in Level 3 Grade A hospital,so as to provide evidence for taking targeted interventions and methods. Methods Total-ly 846 patients were recruited by convenience sampling method. The nurses were assessed by symptom check list 90 （SCL-90） and general well-being schedule （GWB）. Results Factors of SCL-90 were signifi-cantly lower than the norm except interpersonal relationship, depression and hostile （P〈0.05）. Significant differences were also found between age,education level, marriage status and GWB （P〈0.01）. Negative correlations were found between SCL-90 and GWB （P〈0.01）.. Conclusion Significant correlations were found between mental health status and GWB. Managers should take effective interventions and methods to solve the existed problems, so as to improve the nursing staff＇s mental health and GWB.
