Management Countermeasures of Susceptibility and Propagation Hidden Diseases for Cleaning Personnel in Emergency Public Health

目的探讨突发公共卫生事件时,医院保洁人员疾病易感和传播的隐患,提出相应的对策。方法分析造成保洁人员疾病易感和传播的因素,有针对性地采取相应管理措施。结果通过强化理论知识与技能的培训,增强了保洁人员的防控意识。经过院、科两级管理人员的督促和指导,提高了保洁人员的防控能力。结论通过强化对保洁人员防护知识和技能的培训及实施防控管理措施,加强防控突发公共卫生事件暴发流行的蔓延。

Objective To explore the management countermeasures of susceptibility and propagation hid-den diseases for cleaning personnel in emergency public health, so as to put forward corresponding inter-ventions. Methods Factors caused cleaning personnel susceptibility to spread were analyzed and targeted interventions were adopted. Results Through the reinforcement of theory knowledge and skills training, prevention consciousness was enhanced. With supervision and guidance of managers from hospitals and de- partments, prevention ability of cleaning personnel was improved. Conclusion Enhancement of the pro- tection knowledge and skills training for cleaning personnel, implementation of prevention and control management measures can control and prevent the outbreak of emergent public health events.
