摘要
大田条件下,以普通玉米辽单527为研究对象,分别在玉米拔节期和花粒期选择典型晴天观测叶片光合蒸腾日变化及监控环境因子。结果显示,光合速率、蒸腾速率均表现出明显的单峰日变化特征,峰值出现在正午前后;拔节期和花粒期光合速率与蒸腾速率极显著线性正相关,相关系数为0.91和0.827;影响光合-蒸腾作用的首要因素是PAR和△e。
Field experiments were conducted to measure the diurnal change of photosynthesis-transpiration of the ordinary corn "Liaodan 527" and environmental factors in two sunny days.
