根区供氧对滞水油菜生长特性的影响研究 被引量:9

Effect of Rootzone Oxygen Supply on the Growth Characteristic of Stagnant Water Rape

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究了根区不同供氧条件下滞水油菜的根系形态和产量及其生理特性。结果表明,油菜根区供氧提高了根冠比、根系活力和根系总吸收面积,有利于根系生长;根区加双氧水溶液可提高叶片的光合速率,增强叶片的气孔导度,利于提高叶肉细胞内的CO2摩尔分数,可提高产量。根区加双氧水溶液效果最佳。 The effects of different rootzone oxygen supply methods on rape root morphology, yield and physiological properties under stagnant water condition were studied based on pot experiment. The results showed that oxygen supply at rootzone could improve ratio of root and cap, root vigor, root total absorb- ing area and was beneficial to the root growth; adding hydrogen peroxide solution could improve photosyn- thetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular C02 concentration and yield. So, adding hydrogen peroxide solution at rootzone is recommended.
