应用X射线衍射法的阿莫西林的参数测量 被引量:1

摘要 利用X射线衍射法测量了按X光管管电压、管电流和扫描速度设计的L33正交试验组阿莫西林。采用MDI Jade6.5软件鉴别样品的物相,运用极差法分析了最强衍射峰的2θ、d值、FWHM以及衍射峰强度Imax值。结果表明:X射线衍射法测量阿莫西林的最佳参数为X光管电压35 kV、电流20 mA和扫描速度0.03(°)/s;影响2θ值准确性的主要因素是X光管管电流,影响FWHM的是扫描速度,影响Imax值的最强因素是管电压。 Amoxicillin was measured by X-ray diffraction method with the L33 orthogonal groups designed in according to the X-ray tube voltage,X-ray tube current and scan speed.Samples’ phase was identified by the MDI Jade6.5 software.The 2θ,d value,FWHM and intensity Imax value of the strongest diffraction peak were analyzed in range method.The results show that the best diffraction parameter for testing amoxicillin is the X-ray tube voltage 35 kV,X-ray tube current 20 mA and scanning speed 0.03(°) / s.Moreover,the accuracy of 2θ value was mostly affected by X-ray tube currents,the FWHM was mainly influenced by the scanning speed,and the Imax value of diffraction peak was mostly effected by the tube voltage
