摘要
为了测量物体的三维形貌,通过投射正弦光栅,采用四步相移法求得包裹相位;运用质量引导路径解包裹方法对包裹相位进行解包裹处理,得到正确的相位值;最后通过三维重建获得物体的三维形貌。用人脸面具进行试验。结果表明:通过该方法能正确、清晰地呈现所测物体的三维形貌特征。
In order to measure the 3D profile of objects, with the help of projecting sinusoidal grating and the four step phase-shift method, wrapped phase is obtained; quality guide path method is adopted to unwrap the wrapped phase followed by correct phase value; finally 3 D reconstruction realizes the 3D profile of objects. The face mask is adopted for test, and the results show that this method can display the 3D profile of the measured object clearly and accurately. Therefore, it is proved that this is an effective and accurate method to measure objects.
