放射科护理风险管理的应用效果

Application of nursing risk management in the department of radiology

目的探讨放射科实施护理风险管理的效果。方法选取2012年1～12月收治的130例患者(观察组)实施护理风险管理方法,选取2011年1～12月收治的130例患者(对照组)实施传统护理管理。比较2组护理纠纷、护理差错及患者的满意度。结果观察组护理纠纷和护理差错均明显少于对照组;观察组满意度为93.85%,明显高于对照组的80.77%。结论放射科实施护理风险管理能够有效减少护理纠纷和护理差错,提高护理服务满意度。

Objective To study the effects of nursing risk management in department of radiology. Methods 130 patients admitted in 2012 were selected as observation group, who were given nursing risk management. 130 patients admitted in 2011 were selected as control group, who were given traditional care management. The nursing disputes, nursing errors and degree of satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The nursing disputes and nursing errors in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group. The satisfaction degree in the observation group was 93.85%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （71.77%）. Conclusion Nursing risk management in the department of radiology can effectively reduce the nursing disputes and nursing errors, improve satisfaction of nursing service.
