对泉州建设海西制造业基地的思考

目前,泉州正处在重要的发展机遇期,其建设海西先进制造业基地的总体趋势较好。但是存在着制造业产业结构偏轻、产业层次偏低、融资体制市场化改革滞后、制造业技术创新能力薄弱、企业分工机制尚未形成和产业集群关联效应弱等诸多问题。需要从加强闽台两岸产业对接及区域合作、推动制造业转型升级和提高自主创新能力、不断优化制造业发展环境、构建海西先进制造业金融支持体系、促进制造业的有序整合与空间集聚等几方面入手加快推进。

At present, Quanzhou is in an important period of development, the overall trend of constructing the advanced manufacturing base is better, but there are many other problems such as a light manufacturing industry structure, a low manufacturing industry level, an undeveloped financing system reformation, a weak manufacturing technology innovation ability, an unformed enterprise division mechanism and a weak industrial cluster effect. So, it must try their best to promote the development from strengthening cross-strait industrial and area cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and enhance the capability of independent innovation, constantly optimize the development environment of manufacturing industry, constructing the financial support system for advanced manufacturing industry, promote the orderly integration and space docking.
