碳纤维机织复合材料损伤演化的声发射特征及信号分析

摘要 对碳纤维斜纹机织复合材料层合板进行了拉伸试验,利用声发射技术监测复合材料的损伤演化规律,复合材料的各种失效模式具有明显的声发射特征参数;应用Hilbert-Huang变换来分析复合材料损伤发生时的声发射信号,能够准确地获得信号的瞬时物理量,并且利用频率特征能够很好的识别损伤模式,为研究复合材料损伤机理提供新的方法。 Acoustic emission (AE) monitoring is the primary technology used for the identification of different types of failure in composite materials. Tensile test were carried out on twill-weave composite specimens, and acoustic emissions were recorded from these tests. AE signals were decomposed into a set of Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMF) components by means of Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD), it was shown that the event peak frequency of each IMF component could be directly related to the materi- als damage modes,which provides a new method for damage mechanism of composit materials.
