涩北气田低温泡排剂的研制及应用

Low-temperature Foaming Agent Used in Sebei Gasfield

针对涩北气田冬季环境温度低、常规泡排剂易结冰的实际情况,为保证冬季泡排工艺能够顺利实施,研制了低温泡排剂。根据涩北气田的地质特征及地层水矿化度高的特点,对低温泡排剂主剂、稳泡剂、抗冻剂进行了研究与优选,确定了低温泡排剂配方,并进行了配伍性、稳定性及携液能力等性能测试及现场效果实验。

In winter,conventional foaming agents used in Sebei gasfield may easily freeze due to low temperature.So,a new lowtemperature foaming agent is developed.In this study,its main agent,optimization of both foam stabilizer and antifreeze agent are at first analyzed based on some geological features and high-salinity formation water;and then,its formula is determined;at last,its properties,containing compatibility,stability and fluid-carrying capability,are tested.
