摘要
引入了战略承包商的概念,简述了在非常规油气开发项目中发展战略承包商的必要性。以金秋项目为例,从承包商选择、分类管理、重点培养、定期考核和建立激励机制等环节探讨了构建战略承包商关系的对策。
In this paper,the concept of strategic contractor is proposed;the necessity of developing strategic contractor in unconventional oil & gas development project is briefed.Taking Jinqiu Project for example,the countermeasures of establishing relationship with strategic contractor are discussed in terms of contractor selection,sort management,focused development,regular assessment and incentive mechanism etc.
