摘要
石油企业专业技术人才制度建设是一项系统工程,尤其是完善石油专业技术人才职业通道建设尤为迫切。针对石油企业专业技术人才队伍层级状况,从人才组织、人才成长、运行动态等方面,提出了石油企业专业技术人才旧职体系向新职体系转换的通道建设思路,其目的是提高石油企业人力资源管理水平,确保人才强企战略目标顺利实现。
Institutional building of professional and technical personnel of oil enterprise is a systematic work,it is even more urgent to perfect career path building for professional and technical personnel of oil enterprise.In this paper,based on hierarchical feature of professional and technical personnel of oil enterprises,the idea of path building is proposed to transfer professional and technical personnel of oil enterprise from old to new career system from perspectives of personnel organization,personnel growth and operation trend etc.with the purpose of improving HR management level of oil enterprises and ensuring realization of strategic target of invigorating enterprise by talents.
