摘要
从建设创新型高新技术园区的视角出发,研究如何精心培育园区的社会知识基础,持续提高园区的自主创新能力和创新水平,充分发挥园区的创新人才作用,并从优化园区的社会环境支撑出发,营造园区良好的创新环境。
This article, from the construction of High-tech Park perspective, studies how to nurture social knowledge base park, continuously improve the park＇ s independent innovation ability and the innovation level, give full play to the role of innovation talent Park, and from the optimization of the social environment and supporting the park create a favorable environment for innovation park.
