我国要实现2020年全面建成小康社会的目标,生态环境问题是最大的制约因素之一。从分析生态消费与生态文明建设的关系入手,由生态消费伦理到生态消费法治化,转换视角审视生态文明建设,力求以生态消费法治化推进生态文明建设,打破制约瓶颈。

Actually, it is the ecological environment that restricts the most to achieve the 2020 goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. By analyzing the relationship between ecological consumption and ecological civilization construction, the author shifts the perspective from the ecological consumption ethic to the ecological consumption legalization, in order to break down the bottleneck and promote the ecological civilization construction by ecological consumption legalization.
