糖化血清白蛋白试剂盒的抗干扰性能评价

Evaluation of the anti-interference abilities of glycated albumin kit

目的对糖化血清白蛋白(glycated albumin,GA)试剂盒的抗干扰性能进行评价。方法参考CLSI EP7-A2文件,对GA试剂盒进行干扰性能评价实验。结果结果显示30 mg/L维生素C(Vitamin C,Vc)、1450FTU乳糜浓度、5g/L血红蛋白(haemoglobin,Hb)对GA测定无干扰,288 mg/L结合胆红素(conjugated bilirubin,CB),200 mg/L非结合胆红素(free bilirubin,FB)对GA测定均有干扰,5个浓度系列干扰趋势显示,CB和FB对GA测定均可产生线性干扰。结论 GA试剂盒具有较强的抗干扰能力,基本满足临床需求。

Objective To ev＇alulate the anti-interference abilities of glycated albumin （GA） kit. Methods The anti-interfer- ence abilities of GA kit was evaluated according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute （CLISI） EP7-A2 standard. Results The results showed that 30 mg/L of vitamin C （Vitamin C, Vc）, 1450FTU chyle concentration, and 5g/L of hemoglobin had no in- terference on the detection of GA. However, both 288 mg/L conjugated bilirubin and 200 mg/L unconjugated bilirubin had interfer- ence on the test of GA. Further more, CB and FB produce linear interference with a series of five concentrations. Conclufions The GA kit has high anti-interference ability,which can meet the clinical demands.
