建立实验性家兔高镁血症模型的研究

摘要 目的研究探讨实验性家兔高镁血症模型的建造方法。方法健康实验家兔随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组家兔采用不同的给药速度,观察家兔呼吸、血压和心电的变化。通过统计计算来确定高镁血症造模的最佳速度。结果给药速度约为0.38mmol/kg.min造模成功率高于其他组别。结论造模采用1.9ml/kg的10%MgCl2溶液5min内注入成功率最高。 Objective To establish the method of building the model of hypermagnesemia in experimental rabbits. Methods The healthy experimental rabbits were divided randomly in to the control group and the experimental group. Different injection speed was performed in different experimental group. The changes of blood pressure, respiration and ECG were observed, and the optimal injection speed of building hypermagnesemia model was obtained. Results 0.38mmol/kg-min was the best injection speed which have higher success rate of building hypermagnesemia model than that of other speed. Conclusion Injecting 1.9ml/kg of 10% MgCl2 solution via vein in 5 min could have the highest success rate in building hypermagnesemia model.
