输血前交叉配血不合原因分析及处理 被引量:8

摘要 输血是一项不可替代的临床治疗手段。随着医疗水平的发展,临床用血数量逐年增加,输血安全成为日益关注的问题。交叉配血是在血型鉴定的基础上,体外模拟血液相容性实验,发现供血者和受血者的红细胞和血清间是否存在抗原抗体反应,是保证临床用血安全的前提。实际工作中,往往会发生交叉配血不相合的情况,
