The paper mainly analyses the business of MEP, conducts the research on the general framework of the integrated E-government platform for MEP and describes the objective, technical approach and general framework design for the construction of the platform. Though the general framework design, it could provide the guidance and support for the construction of the integrated E-governmental platform of MEP.
