基于海洋数值模式的高性能计算集群性能评价

Evaluation of High Performance Computing Cluster Based on Ocean Model

首先介绍了高性能计算机集群的逻辑拓扑结构,然后结合海洋数值模式在计算机集群的应用对高性能计算机集群加速比的测试,以及高性能并行基准测试(HPL)测试方案对集群的峰值计算能力的测试结果,对集群的性能进行了评价。测试结果表明高性能计算集群性能优秀,具有良好的加速性能和稳定性,能够满足海上试验场数值模拟与仿真系统业务化运行的要求。

The logical topology of high performance computing cluster was firstly introduced. Then tests speedup of cluster with the application of ocean model and peak of cluster computing capacity by High Performance Linpack were made in order to evaluate cluster＇s performance. The result of test shows that the performance of cluster is excellent, and cluster with high speedup and good stability could meet the requirement of offshore testing site modeling and simulation system operation.
