摘要
目的观察插入式Nd:YAG激光对脂肪组织的作用,探讨其在破坏脂肪细胞、减小脂肪组织体积、塑造体形方面的应用前景。方法建立猪动物模型,左项部皮下脂肪进行激光照射;右项部为空白对照区,不进行任何治疗。取术前、术后即刻、术后1周及术后1个月的脂肪组织,分别作光镜和电镜观察脂肪组织的变化情况。结果术后即刻脂肪组织结构破坏,视野内可见空白区,周围脂肪细胞不同程度破裂、融解,部分视野内见黑色的组织碳化表现;术后1周见炎性细胞密布,脂肪细胞数量少,成纤维细胞增生;术后1个月脂肪小叶结构不规则,胶原纤维增生明显、排列杂乱。激光照射能明显减少正常脂肪细胞的数量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论组织插入式Nd:YAG激光可有效破坏脂肪细胞,减小了脂肪组织的体积,在塑造体形方面具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate of Nd:YAG laser on adipose tissue and to explore its potential application for body sculpture. Methods The subcutaneous adipose tissues in left neck of pig were irradiated by 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, the right neck, which was not irradiated, served as control. Tissue samples were taken before and immediately, 1 week, 1month after irra- diation for pathological and scanning electron microscope examination. Results Immediately after irradiation the adipose tis- sues were destroyed; the blank areas were observed in microscopic fields, near the blank areas there were serious tissue de- struction and carbonization. One week after irradiation the tissue presented broken fibers and inflammatory cells, the numbers of lipocytes were reduced and fibroblasts were proliferated. One month after irradiation the irregular adipose Iobules and proliferat- ed collagen fibers were observed; the amounts of lipocytes were reduced(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nd:YAG laser makes adipocyte ruptured and shrunk with necrosis and carbonization and the volume of adipose tissue reduced, which indicates that the method can be used for body sculpture.
