关节镜下不可吸收缝线捆扎固定治疗膝关节前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折 被引量：5

摘要 膝关节前交叉韧带（anteriorcrueiateligament．A—CL）胫骨止点撕脱骨折，是ACL损伤的一种特殊形式，约占ACI。损伤的14％。ACL胫骨止点附着于髁间隆突前侧的坡面，前方与膝横韧带相邻，内侧与内侧半月板前角毗邻，外侧与外侧半月板前角相连。传统的切开复位内同定手术创伤大，患者术后康复时间长，且往往需要石膏外同定，容易导致关节僵硬，从而影响手术效果。我院自2009—2012年采用关节镜下不可吸收缝线“8”字捆扎同定治疗ACL胫骨止点撕脱骨折，效果满意，现报道如下．
