合成催化剂的选择性、精馏塔内件效率对甲醇精馏过程能耗影响 被引量:1

摘要 甲醇精馏是甲醇生产重要的后续加工工序,其能耗约占整个甲醇生产的20%左右。采用节能高效的精馏装置和优化精馏操作对节约成本、节能降耗提高企业经济效益,提高产品竞争力具有重要作用。本文通过"高选择性合成催化剂的采用"和"高效率塔内件选用与维护保养"两方面对甲醇精馏过程如何节能降耗进行了初步探讨并通过实例计算,结论为注意好以上两个方面,就可有效降低甲醇精馏能耗,提高甲醇企业经济效益。 Methanol distillation is the important process of methanol production, its energy consumption ac- counts for about 20% of the entire production of methanol. Using energy efficient distillation device and optimiza- tion of distillation operation to save cost, energy consumption and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of products has an important role in. This article through the "highly selective synthe- s^s catalyst using'and"high efficiency column selection and maintenance of "two aspects of the methanol rectifica- tion process to energy saving and consumption reducing are discussed and examples of calculation, that the atten- tion to the two aspects above, can effectively reduce the energy consumption of methanol rectification of methanol, improving economic benefit of enterprise.
