新型硫酸钙除垢剂的性能和应用研究

Study on performance and application of a novel CaSO4scale remover

针对CaSO4垢结构紧密、硬度大、很难用传统的方法清除的难题,研制了一种CaSO4除垢剂。这种除垢剂具有除垢效率高、无毒、安全性好、对管道设备腐蚀小、成本低、使用方便等特点。本文分别介绍了除垢时间、温度、pH值、加药量等因素对除垢率的影响。通过试验和现场应用证明:TH-708是一种高效的CaSO4除垢剂。

Aiming at the problem of calcium sulfate which is characteristic of compact structure, high hardness and difficult to be removed on the industry water systems, a new type CaSO4 scale remover （TH-708） was pre- pared. Compared with conventional scale remover, it proved that the performance of the new scale remover was characteristic of high efficiency of removing scale, non-toxicity, safety, little corrosion on pipe equipment, low cost and easy application. The influences of time, temperature, pH and initiator concentrations on descaling rate were investigated. Through studies of laboratory and application on site, it proves that TH-708 is a new type scale re- mover with high descaling rate.
