摘要
采用天然斜发沸石从海水中提取K+,并采用(NH4)2SO4溶液进行洗脱,可以实现将海水中K+浓缩约50倍。但K+浓度仅达到18.5g.L-1,浓度依然偏低。本文采用加入KOH减压蒸发浓缩方法,可以将洗脱液中的NH4+基本除净,达到了净化K2SO4和浓缩K+的目的。通过本方法可以制得纯度较高的K2SO4。
It can concentrate the concentration of potassium to be about 50 times of it in seawater that we ex- tract potassium from seawater by using nature clinoptilolite and elution by ammonium sulfate solution. The concen- tration of potassium will be 18.5g·L-1 after concentrating. The concentration is low. The paper show us a method to concentrate the potassium by decompressed evaporation after adding potassium hydroxide. The ammonium ion in e- luted solution will nearly be removed. It can purify the potassium sulfate and concentrate the concentration of potassium ion in solution. We can get high pure potassium sulfate by this method.
