摘要
本文利用喹啉5位硝基取代的8-羧酰胺基喹啉衍生物设计、合成了一类荧光分子探针AQZ5NO,并研究了水溶液中探针分子对金属离子的识别性能。结果表明,在中性缓冲溶液中,AQZ5NO可以选择性荧光增强识别Zn2+。络合Zn2+后,AQZ5NO溶液的荧光量子产率增强约为11倍。AQZ5NO与Zn2+形成1∶1型络合物,其表观结合常数为6.7×105M-1。
Abstract:In this text, the 8-carboxamidoquinoline-based fluorescence sensor AQZ5NO was synthesized through the introduction of the nitro group at position 5 of the quinoline ring. And the recognition performance for metal ions had been studied in neutral buffer solution. The results showed that AQZ5NO could exhibit fluorescent enhancement signals for Zn2+ with high selectivity. After binding Zn2+, about an 11-fold increase of AQZ5NO in fluorescence quantum yield was observed. There is the formation of a complex with 1:1 stoichiometry of AQZ5NO and Zn2+. and its association constant is 6.7×105M-1.
