摘要
以1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为原料,制备丁烷四羧酸二酐,利用熔点、IR、1H-NMR、MS进行结构表征,通过单因素分析确定较佳合成条件。实验结果表明:反应温度为40℃,反应时间为18h,投料摩尔比nBTCA∶n(CH3CO)2O∶nCH3COOH=1∶5∶4为合成丁烷四羧酸二酐的较佳合成条件。
In this paper, 1, 2, 3, 4- butanetetracarboxyl dianhydride was prepared from BTCA. Through melt- ing point measurement and characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, MS, the compound is proved to be objective product.
