摘要
通过采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定了5层共挤输液用膜(I)、袋中金属元素镉的含量,依据JJFl059-1999、CNAS-GL06,对测量结果的不确定度进行了系统分析,找出影响的主要因素,并对各种不确定度分量进行了评定和量化,测定结果表示为(:7.590±0.544)ng.g-1,k=2。建立的不确定度评定方法适用于石墨炉原子吸收法测定塑料输液容器中镉及其他金属元素含量的不确定度评定。
Cd in plastic containers infusion was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrome- try .According to JJF1059-1999, CNAS-GL06, the uncertainty of the measurement results was analyzed systemati- cally. Every uncertainty component was evaluated and quantified. The result was expressed as: (7.590±0.544)ng· g^-1, k=2. This analyzed and calculated method of uncertainty is suitable for Cd and other metal elements in plastic containers infusion determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
