摘要 胺液发泡是一个复杂的现象,固体颗粒、胺液降解产生的热稳定性盐、C5及C5以上的烷烃以及甲醇等,都能够引起胺液发泡。胺液发泡严重影响了脱硫装置安全、稳定、长期运行。因此,胺液发法泡问题是一个亟待解决的问题。 Amine foaming is a complex phenomenon.Existence of solid particles, heat stable salt,Cs and C5 paraffins, and methanol can cause foaming of the amine solution. Amine foaming is affecting seriously the desul- phurization device security, stability, long-term operation.Therefore, amine foaming problem is a problem which is solved urgently.
