摘要 探讨了焦化苯二次酸洗脱硫新工艺,研究了反应物配比,反应时间,反应温度及催化剂用量对脱硫率的影响,研究表明:100g焦化苯,2g H2SO4,0.5g催化剂,反应温度45~50℃,超声反应1h的条件下,脱硫率可达99.12%。总硫含量低于10×10-6,附合焦化苯新国标要求。 Abstract:A new technique for the desulfurization of the coking benzene was discussed in this paper, which was via a process of white pickling. The effect of the ratio of the reactants, the reaction time, reaction temperature and the content of catalyst on the desulfurization degree were studied in detail. The results indicated, as 100g cok- ing benzene were ultrasonically acid washed with 2g sulphuric acid and 0.Sg catalyst at 45-50℃ for lh, the desul- furization degree could reach 99.12%, and the total content of sulfur was lower than 10 ppm, which complied with the new GB requirements of the coking benzene.
