教育变革中教师抗拒的形态分析

摘要 教师对变革的抗拒是由于众多原因导致的自然反应,是教师寻求自我保护的方式,但是教师并不是具有抵制变革的习性。教师对变革的抗拒按教师反应的剧烈程度以及意识的强弱程度可分为变革免疫、直接拒绝、委婉拒绝、价值中立、深表同情,这些表现形式各具特点,但本质上都是对变革的抗拒。
