The main effects and methods of system construction in Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences were summarized, the measures for further enhancement were put forward including keeping up with the national development request to improve the constitutional system construction, strengthen more publicity to improve the system of executive power, regulating the management of system implementation process to increase the risk and cost for breaking the system, and effectively safeguard the seriousness and authority of the system.
