摘要
西方公共住宅金融产生于商业住宅金融之后。美国公共住宅金融是西方公共住宅金融发展的典型。由于相似的经济和政治制度,住宅商品化是西方公共住宅金融的共同前提,附属性相应构成西方公共住宅金融的基本特征。
West public housing finance came after commercial housing finance. Public housing finance of America is the representative in the western world. Because of similar economic and political system housing commercialization is the common premise of the west public housing finance, accordingly dependency becomes basic characteristics of the west public housing finance.
