Both the hardware and network configurations for the hydraulic measurement unit of the whole plant for Jishixia Hydropower Station are introduced herein, and then the design of the eneryption for the high-efficient water regime telemetry system is realized with the technologies such as VLAN network, tri-layer exchange and layered data management. The successful operation of the measurement-telemetry system of Jishixia Hydropwer Station on the Yellow River provides a guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the hydropower station.
