一种针对双摆头五轴数控机床的误差辨识方法

A method of error identiication based on the double pendulum ive axis NC machine

摘要 针对五轴双摆头数控机床,对机床旋转轴相关误差作出分析;设定机床各轴,运用齐次坐标理论在半球形轨迹上考察各单项误差对综合误差的影响;根据其综合误差曲线规律,运用最小二乘法辨识出单项误差。
