冲洗水温对等离子前列腺电切视野及出血量的影响

Effect of flushing water temperature on vision and amount of bleeding of plasma resection of prostate

目的观察等离子前列腺电切术中冲洗水温对术中视野及出血量的影响。方法对77例实施等离子前列腺电切术的患者进行分组观察,观察组冲洗水采用与人体体温相近的生理盐水,对照组冲洗水采用与室温相近的生理盐水,观察两组患者手术过程中的视野及出血量情况。结果观察组患者手术过程中视野较好,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术中出血量观察组亦明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论等离子前列腺电切术中采用与人体体温相近的生理盐水进行冲洗,有利于保持视野的清晰,减少术中出血量。

Objective To observe the effect of flusing water temperature on the vision and amount of bleeding of plasma resection of prostate.Methods Seventy-seven cases underwent plasma resection of prostate were observed,flushing water of the observation group was physiological saline which was similar to the human body temperature,flushing water of the control group was physiological saline which was similar to the room temperature,the operation vision and the amount of bleeding was observed.Results The patients in observation group had good operation vision,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.During the operation,the amount of bleeding of the observation group was also significantly less than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The physiological saline which has the similar temperature as the human body,can help keep clear vision and reduce operative amount of bleeding.
