烟酰胺辅酶NADH新型模型物的合成与表征 被引量:2

摘要 烟酰胺辅酶NADH的新型模型物BNAH和9-苯基占吨(9-PhXnH)在药物的绿色合成中显示越来越重要.本文分别以烟酰胺和9-苯基占吨醇为原料合成了辅酶NADH重要模型物BNAH和9-苯基占吨,该合成路线原料易得,反应条件温和,操作简单,产率高,产品纯度高,并通过核磁共振氢谱、元素分析、紫外等分析手段,对BNAH和9-苯基占吨进行了结构表征. BNAH and 9-phenyl xanthene(9-PhXnH) are the new nicotinamide coenzyme NADH model compounds,they are becoming more and more important in green synthesis of drugs.In this paper,the coenzyme NADH model compounds BNAH and 9-phenyl xanthene are synthesized with nicotinamide and 9-phenyl xanthene ethanol as raw materials,and by 1H NMR,elemental analysis,UV and other analytical methods,n BNAH and 9-were used to characterize the structure of phenyl xanthene.This synthetic route is easily available raw materials,mild reaction conditions,simple operation,high yield,high product purity.
