摘要
介绍了由谐振非接触供电模块、应变片扭力检测模块、信号无线收发模块等组成的扭矩信号采集装置,将其应用在船用柴油机的曲轴扭矩检测。通过试验,实现了对船用柴油机曲轴扭矩检测系统的输出电压计应变量的连续采集,完成了对船用柴油机曲轴扭矩的在线实时检测。该装置性能可靠、精度高、实时性好,在轮机管理方面具有较好的实际应用价值。
The paper introduces a torque signal acquisition device consisting of a resonance non-contact power supply module, a strain gauge torque detection module and a wireless signal transceiver module, which is used in the crankshaft torque detection of marine diesel engine. Through the test, it realizes the continuous acquisition of variable output voltage meter in marine diesel engine crankshaft torque detection system, and completes the online real-time detection of marine diesel engine crankshaft torque. The device has good practical value in the marine engine management with reliable performance, high precision and good real-time property.
