新型收放式减摇鳍阀控液压系统的设计理念

摘要 近年来随着国内对收放式小面积减摇鳍的需求增加,上海衡拓实业发展有限公司设计了一种鳍面积较小的后收式收放式减摇鳍,并配备了一种新型收放式减摇鳍阀控液压系统,这种系统具有设计参数选择合理,效率高,抗污染性强和冷却效果佳等特点,经实船使用以后情况良好,完全符合技术要求。文章通过对新型收放式减摇鳍阀控液压系统设计思想的介绍和实践验证,证明这种收放式减摇鳍阀控液压系统设计是合理和有效的。 With the domestic increasing demand of small area retractable fin stabilizer in recent years, Shanghai Hunter Industry Development Co., Ltd. has designed retractable fin stabilizer with a smaller fin area, which is equipped with a new novel valve-controlled hydraulic servo system. This new novel valve-controlled hydraulic servo system has' the advantages of reasonable selection of design parameters, high efficiency, strong stain resistance and good cooling effect. After the practical operation on the ship, it has the good performance and fully meets the technical requirements. This paper introduces the design concept of the new novel valve-controlled hydraulic servo system of retractable fin stabilizer. Through verification of the theory and practice, the design concept of the new novel valve-controlled hydraulic servo system is proved to be reasonable and effective.
