摘要
介绍了82000DWT型散货船在建造过程中为适应PSPC要求所采取的方法和对策,并对具体施工过程中的针对压载舱涂装工艺和措施详细地用图文加以说明。生产实践表明,该轮采用该工艺取得了良好的效果,对后续船舶实施PSPC具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。
The paper introduces the method and countermeasure to fulfill with PSPC standard during the construction of 82000DWT bulk carrier. The painting procedure and measure for ballast tank during the construction are illustrated in detail by pictures and texts. The practice shows that the method used in the shipbuilding project has good effect and will be helpful for other projects in the future.
