亚健康态入睡障碍疗效评价方法研究探讨

Exploration of Therapeutic Appraisable Methods of Sleep Initiation Disorder in Sub-health

随着现代医学模式的转变,失眠已成为影响现代职业群体的常见病。据不完全统计,80%失眠患者主要症状为入睡障碍,早期患者表现呈多样性,复杂性和非特异性的亚健康态,而未引起临床医生重视,且相关研究较少。本文通过检索CNKI数据库中2007-2012年有关失眠疗效评价的文献,运用endnote软件进行文献管理及筛选,经过分析与总结,以期发现评价亚健康态疗效的可靠方法,为开展亚健康态入睡障碍相关研究提供统计学依据。

With the change of medical mode, insomnia has become the common disease of modern occupation groups. According to in complete statistics, 80% patients with insomnia were attacked by sleep initiation disorder, and early patients showed a diversity, com plexity and nonspecific of sub-health state, but did not cause the clinician ’ s attention, and related research is less. By using endnote software to organize literatures about insomnia in CNKI database from year 2007 to 2012, we hope to find the therapeutic appraisable methods of sub-health state, through the analysis and summary, in order to provide statistical basis for sleep initiation disorder in the sub-health.
