中西医结合治疗高血脂性重症急性胰腺炎的进展

近年来,由高脂血症导致的重症急性胰腺炎在我国逐年增加,是继胆源性和酒精性之后急性胰腺炎的第三大病因。由于高血脂性重症急性胰腺炎发病机制、中西医结合诊治等方面的有关报道较少,本文就有关HSAP发病机制及目前中西结合治疗方法进行总结,为临床治疗提供参考。
