摘要 Na+是KDP原料中一种常见的杂质离子,采用"点籽晶"快速生长法生长了一系列掺杂Na+的KDP晶体,研究了不同掺杂浓度下Na+对KDP晶体热膨胀及硬度的影响。实验表明,随着Na+掺杂浓度的增大,KDP晶体Z向热膨胀系数逐步增大;KDP晶体(001)面的显微硬度整体大于(100)面的硬度,随着Na+掺杂浓度升高,KDP晶体各晶面硬度显著降低。 Na ion is a kind of common impurity in the growth progress of KDP crystal. Effect of Na ions on the properties of crystals were investigated. KDP crystals were grown from a solution by the point seed tech- nique. The results show that thermal expansion coefficient of KDP crystals in the z direction is increased with the creasing Na+ contentration in the solution. The hardness of (001) face is greater than the (100) face. When the Na+ doped contentration is low, the hardness of all directions are increased significantly. With the Na+ con- tentration increasing, the hardness of KDP crystal all directions are reduced.
