摘要
在新经济地理学的OTT分析框架下,本文建立了多地区的企业异质的资本收益方程,利用中国的省级统计资料,在理论分析的基础上,同时考虑到空间的相关性,实证分析了影响企业效益的系列因素,认为消费水平结构的升级与劳动生产率的增加均能对企业效益的增加作出显著的贡献,企业的空间定位对企业效益也存在显著的影响,市场潜力的变动也有着重要的影响,而国外市场效应、国内市场开放度的变动影响不大,认为资本收益率虽然是影响资本流动的重要因素之一,但是投资环境的完善、劳动者素质的提高、本地市场规模的扩大也是影响资本流动的不可忽视的重要因素。
Under the OTT analytical framework of new economic geography, this paper, based on the theoretical as well as spatial autocorrelation analysis, set up a multi-regional capital gain equation with firm heterogeneity to do an empirical analysis on the factors influ- encing the enterprise benefit with the provincial statistical data in China. The empirical re- sults shows that the promotion of consumption level and labor productivity have a signifi- cant contribution to enterprise benefits, same as the enterprise's spatial orientation. Besides, changes in market potential also have an important impact on it. However, no significant changes were found in the influence of foreign market effect, local market openness on enterprise benefit. Though capital return is one of the important factors, but the improvements of investment environment as well as the quality of workforce, expansion of local market are also the important factors affecting capital flows which can not be ignored.
