摘要
为研究四种不同加工类型的菜籽饼粕(饲料配比为17%)对湘云鲫养殖效果的影响;试验选用均重为(9.91±0.11)g的湘云鲫,随机分成4个处理组,在其他饲料原料不变的情况下分别添加17%95型菜籽饼(陕西菜饼)、200型菜籽粕(陕西菜籽粕)、混合型菜籽粕(重庆菜籽粕)和冷生榨型青饼(宁夏青饼),每个处理设3个重复,每个重复放养35尾鱼。进行为期56 d的饲养试验。结果表明:95型菜籽饼组饲料系数显著高于其他各试验组(P<0.05),末均重、肥满度和增重率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。200型菜籽粕组胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);95型菜籽饼组淀粉酶显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。200型菜籽粕组和冷生榨型青饼组溶菌酶(LZM)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。由此可见,200型菜籽粕饲喂效果最好,冷生榨型青饼其次,95型菜籽饼最差。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of 4 different processing types of rapeseed meal (feed proportioning of 17% ) on breeding effect of Xiangyun erucian carp.Crucian carp with (9.91±0.11 )g body weight were ran- domly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 35 each.The crucian earp in four groups were feeded with the feed, which were under the condition of invariable in other feed ingredients add rapeseed respectively, 17% including 95-type rape- seed cake (in Shannxi),200-type rapeseed meal (in Shannxi),hybrid rapeseed meal(in Chongqing) and coolant mustard meal(in Ningxia).The feeding trials lasted for 56 d.The results showed that :feed conversion rate of 95-type rapeseed cake group was obviously higher than the other groups (P 〈 0.05),the end of average weight,condition factor and the rate of weight gain decreased obviously (P 〈 0.05 ).As for the activity of trypsin and lipase ,the 200-type rapeseed meal group was strikingly higher than that of others(P 〈 0.05);Amylase activity of 95-type rapeseed cake group was the highest.200-type rapeseed meal group and coolant mustard meal group had higher lysozyme activity.The results indicated that the feeding effect of 200-type rapeseed meal was the best,coolant mustard meal group was the second,and 95-type rapeseed cake was the worst.
