子宫内膜血流与月经失调的相关性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of correlation between endometrial blood flow and menstruation disorder

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜血流与月经失调的关系,以期为月经失调的治疗提供理论依据。方法选择内分泌正常,月经过少患者60例作为病例组,月经正常的健康育龄妇女60例作为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声观察并比较两组妇女子宫内膜形态及血流情况。结果两组妇女子宫长径,宽径,厚径和子宫内膜厚度比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);内膜超声形态病例组患者A型子宫内膜例数明显低于对照组,而C型子宫内膜例数明显高于对照组,且子宫内膜血管数量和Salle评分均明显少于对照组,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论子宫内膜形态、子宫内膜血管数量和Salle评分与月经过少密切相关。 Objective To analyze the correlation between endometrial blood flow and menstruation disorder, in order to provide theory evidence for the treatment of the disease. Methods The endometrial morphology and blood flow were detected by color Doppler sonography in 60 patients with hypomenorrhea ( patient group') and another 60 healthy women of childbearing age ( control group). Results The uterine length, width, thickness and endometrial thickness of the two groups was of no statistically signifi- cant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). The number of type A endometrium of the patients group was significantly less than that of the control group, while that of type C endometrium was higher than that of the control group; the intimal vascular number and Salle score of the patient group were significantly less than that of the control group ( P 〈 O. 01 ). Conclusion Such parameters as endometrial pattern, vascular number and Salle score are closely related to hypomenorrhea
